Rinaldo called to discuss the problem within a few hours of submitting a service ticket. He identified the problem as a bad fuser drive assembly. Knowing our deadline for printing our bulletins, he searched high and low for a replacement part, drove to get it, returned, and had us up and running before the end of the day. Rinaldo was very professional and personable.

5 Stars for Brad Geiter! We were having registration issues with a large copy job and had to put it on hold. Brad made us a priority and we were back up and running by the end of day. He always makes sure we are taken care of. Great customer service and loyalty to clients.
