How do I request service for my copier or printer?

Place service request online (recommended) or call 888-573-0303, ext. 2. Our team is happy to help Monday – Friday from 8 a.m. – 5 p.m. EST

What is the average response time for a service call?

You’ll hear from your service technician within the hour, and they will be onsite within 4 hours. 

What information should I have ready when I call for support?

The 5-digit machine ID on the Levifi sticker. If your machine doesn’t have a sticker, please provide the serial number. Pro tip: You can also place a service request by scanning the QR code on the Levifi sticker.

Do you offer remote troubleshooting before sending a technician?

Yes, you can speak to a helpdesk technician by reaching out to the helpdesk and asking for remote troubleshooting.

How quickly can you provide loaner equipment if mine is down?

Usually within 8 business hours

How do I order toner or supplies?

Levifi proactively monitors your printing devices and ships toner and supplies when the equipment is getting low on supplies. However, you can also reach out to our helpdesk to place a supply order if you’re out of toner.

Are there any supply or routine maintenance items that are not automatically sent to me?

No, all supply items are sent automatically when they have reached their end of life. 

What should I do if my copier displays an error code?

Can I change my own waste toner container, or should I call service?

How do I set up scan to email or network folders?

Contact our Helpdesk and you will be connected to one of our Network Analysts who can assist with setting these up for you. 

We switched our Internet Service Provider (ISP) and can’t print/scan anymore. Who can help me?

Reach out to our helpdesk. All print/scan related IT support are included in your White Glove Service agreement.

What should I do if print quality is poor (streaks, spots, faded prints)?

We recommend contacting our helpdesk to be connected with one of our highly trained technicians who can assist.
